About our classes.

These Hatha Yoga classes offer a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The teaching style is eclectic but where flow or vinyasa style Yoga is highly utilised. A great exercise and well-being programme for children and adults that improves health and flexibility. Although there is no class specifically for children or teens, they are welcome to join any of the other classes.

THE POSES TO SUIT YOURSELF. I offer alternatives to poses, so if you want to increase or decrease the intensity of a pose, you can do so.

A group of friendly people.

Regular social events are also held.

Various locations around the Horowhenua.

We have classes in various venues around Levin and one class in Foxton.

All classes are available ONLINE

All Yoga-nua classes are available online via Zoom. Please contact Annmarie for the online link.

I do recommend this option as it gives both you and I that commitment. As such, there are no refunds available.

Pay by the term

  • As each term can be a different length, an example would be for an 11 week term the cost would be $100. All payments are non-refundable.

CASUAL

  • New class members need to have first completed a 5 class payment option before being able to move onto a paying on a casual basis.
