These Hatha Yoga classes offer a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The teaching style is eclectic but where flow or vinyasa style Yoga is highly utilised. A great exercise and well-being programme for children and adults that improves health and flexibility. Although there is no class specifically for children or teens, they are welcome to join any of the other classes.
You can adjust the poses to suit yourself.
