As an elderly person who has arthritis in my lower back and some joints,
I found most exercise difficult.
I joined Annmarie's "gentle yoga "class a number of years ago. It has
helped my condition enormously, My flexibility has improved, the stiffness I
had experienced before with the arthritis has improved also, this is so
much better for both my physical and mental health .Yoga is a great help for
people with disabilities.
Annmarie is very aware of each person’s capabilities and never pushes her
students beyond them. I have found Annmarie to be a very caring, supportive and
creative teacher,
